Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of: (a) responding to commission inquiries, (b) executing agreed-upon services, (c) maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle, and (d) fulfilling legal obligations under applicable Spanish and EU law.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and for a period of five (5) years following the conclusion of the last commissioned project, in compliance with Spanish commercial record-keeping requirements.

Terms of Service
Scope of Services
VerbalCraftSignal provides editorial content production, email sequence architecture, brand messaging frameworks, website copywriting, social media copy systems, white paper and report writing, ad copy and campaign messaging, and brand voice auditing services. Each commission is governed by a separate project brief and scope agreement.
Payment Terms
A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the quoted project fee is required upon acceptance of the project brief. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverables. Payments are processed via Stripe. Invoices are issued in EUR and are payable within fourteen (14) days of issuance. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives exclusive rights to all deliverables produced under the commission. VerbalCraftSignal retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless explicitly prohibited in writing within the project brief.
Revisions
Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75 per round. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of deliverable receipt.
Liability
VerbalCraftSignal's total liability under any commission shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered content.
Refund Policy
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a commission is cancelled before any work has commenced, the client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit within ten (10) business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].
Cancellation During Production
If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded proportionally based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, as determined by VerbalCraftSignal's project tracking records.
Quality Disputes
If the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed project brief, the client must notify VerbalCraftSignal within seven (7) days of delivery. VerbalCraftSignal will, at its discretion, either revise the deliverables to match the brief specifications or issue a partial refund commensurate with the scope of deviation.
Refund Method
All refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe) within fourteen (14) business days of refund approval. Transaction fees charged by the payment processor are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
